How to Get Creative With your Wedding Photography

Welcome back to the week, how was your easter break?  Today we are going back into the archives to look at some amazing wedding photography featured in Green Wedding Shoes.  What struck me about this vignette*is just how lovely it can be to get a little creative with your wedding photography.  And it's not as scary as you think to get - why don't you talk to your wedding photographer about de saturated tones, creative cropping or interesting positions?  And don't be afraid to take a mood board of shots you love - it's a great way to ensure all parties are clear on what you want to get out of the day!

Simple Understated Wedding Gowns

Say hello to the Whitney Deal's beautifully done 2012 bridal collection.  With an understated chicness to her designs Whitney is the perfect choice for a bride who wants something sweet and simple.  I'm obsessed with her Peter Pan collar and pin tucking details in the first gown - it's amazing right?  Tell me, what's your favourite dress?

Do you Like These New Veil Ideas?

I was so delighted to see the new 2012 collection for Twigs & Honey.  They are such a great source for veils, caplets, headpieces and more and I was blown away by their latest offering. It took them a year to develop so each piece could lovingly be created. I'm quite traditional in always steering towards a long elegant veil but some of these birdcage veils have got me rethinking my choice.  What's your pick of the new collection?
